How to participate in the Scouting for Everyone Auction

Registration

Register as a bidder at https://otcbsa.ejoinme.org/registration. Include your contact information and credit card information (this is the card that will be used while bidding later on). 

You will receive an email receipt immediately.

The same day (there may be a short delay), you will receive a personalized link via text and email. 

This link will direct you to your personal online bidding page and your name should be listed at the top. 

Accessing the Silent Auction

Click on your personal bidding link that you received via text or email. You will already be logged in. 

Navigating the Silent Auction

Use the ≡ to open the menu for Bids, Favorites, and Categories.

Favorites - Use the star ☆ to save Packages for later viewing.

Bids - See Packages that you have bid on already.

Act Now - Sort Packages quickly by No Bids, Currently Open, and more.

Use the magnifying glass 🔍or scroll down to search for Packages.

Placing a Bid

Bid - Place a single bid at the next increment.

Bid More - Place a Max Bid. The system will bid in your favor until you are outbid or the auction closes.

Buy Now - Purchase the Package!
